The same core content as the Essentials course, but enhanced with weekly, live virtual sessions guided by a qualified coach. Participants form a small cohort, typically from the same organisation allowing for deep discussion, peer support, and real-time feedback. Each week, the coach moderates conversations, encourages reflection, and helps everyone apply lessons to their real-world challenges.
